My Tiny Senpai tells the story of a new office worker who gets taken care of by his kind, gorgeous, and cute senior. He just hopes that this relationship doesn’t occur merely from his “duty” as a senior.

My Tiny Senpai Official Trailer
The new PV was released on June 2, 2023. As the trailer suggested, the series tells about the sugary rom-com between a bewildered junior and a cute senior. Though the concept itself isn’t unusual, many fans still want this type of genre to appear overtime.
Even the community compares this anime to the opposite of My Senpai is Annoying which premiered back in the Fall of 2021. The soothing atmosphere also feels like The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten from last season which coincidentally produced by the same studio.
Aside from a sneak peek of the animation, we also get a piece of information from that PV. The PV confirms that My Tiny Senpai will premiere on July 1, 2023.
Other than that, the opening song will be performed by Touya Kobayashi entitled “HONEY”. Meanwhile, YU-KA will perform the ending theme entitled “sugar”.
My Tiny Senpai Cast and Staff
The new trailer introduces a new cast for the series. Aside from the two main characters, there is an additional three side characters. They are:
- Tachibana Hina as Katase Shiori
- Shin Yuuki as Shinozaki Takuma
- Hanamori Yumiri as Hayakawa Chinatsu
- Shimazaki Nobunaga as Akina Chihiro
- Komatsu Mikako as Shinozaki Yutaka
Mitsutoshi (Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War) is directing the anime at project No. 9 (The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten). Kiichiro Ochi, Satoru Sugizawa, and Yasuko Aoki are handling the script.
The character design will be drawn by Hayato Hashiguchi and Hiromi Ogata (The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting). Meanwhile, Sumika Horiguchi is in charge of the music.
