On September 6, 2022, the Tearmoon Empire release date was announced by TO Books through their official Twitter account. TO Books is the publishing division of printed media at T.O. Entertainment.

According to the announcement, the Tearmoon Empire anime will be released in 2023, but the exact release date has not yet been announced. They also did not reveal which Japanese original networks this anime will be broadcast on or its digital platform.

With the hype surrounding the series, there is no doubt that officials will soon reveal their broadcast network and online platforms to maintain or increase this hype for good ratings.

Fortunately, they released the first promotional video of the series on the same day of its announcement, September 6, 2022. This promotional video premiered on the very popular Japanese anime YouTube channel, MBS (daily broadcast).

Its staff and cast include some of the talented artists who have previously worked on several well-known anime series and have done their best to make each series the best it can be.

However, officials have only revealed one cast member, Sumire Uesaka, who is a very popular voice actress and also a talented singer.

She is popular among fans for her voice acting for Hayase Nagatoro in Don’t Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro, and Shalltear Bloodfallen in Overlord: The Undead King. In this series, she voices Mia Luna Tearmoon, the main protagonist of the Tearmoon Empire series.
