The cosplay event will take place in CAESARS FORUM in Las Vegas, with over 150,000 square feet of space for the guest stars and show hosts with two cosplay Panels, one Main Stage, and a workshop.

The Cosplay Expo Las Vegas will allow cosplayers to compete in a competition, there will be 4 tiers to the competition, separating inexperienced cosplayers from the masters.
- Inexperienced: This is the first tier for inexperienced cosplayers who have never won or even compete in a cosplay competition.
- Experienced: This tier is for competitive cosplayers, only people who have ever won a competition are allowed to compete.
- Master: The Master tier is for the champions. People who have mastered the art of cosplay and won multiple cosplay awards.
