KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World Season 3 has been around for a very long time! Season 2 was over in fact, over five years. Yes, in August 2019 we received a full-length KonoSuba film.
It’s true that KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World! debuted earlier this year as well. Since the third season’s announcement in July 2021, however, we have been waiting years for KonoSuba Season 3.

Konosuba Season 3 Key Visual
KonoSuba an anime has an expected release date is the most exciting news I have heard in a long. An “ultra teaser visual” and the announcement were posted on the official KonoSuba Twitter account, Check it out below.
That is something I can agree with since even though the new picture has all four of our favorite insane characters—Kazuma, Megumin, Darkness, and, of course, the goddess Aqua—they are all so far away that they are nothing more than distant specks.
That is until you expand it and crop it you can clearly see that the characters are showing us the launch year. By the way, 2024 has been settled upon as the debut year for KonoSuba Season 3.
Konosuba Plot or Storyline
Crunchyroll is streaming Konosuba Here’s how the TV anime explains its plot:
“After a car accident, Kazuma Sato’s disappointingly short life is about to come to an end when he wakes up to find a beautiful girl. She claims to be a goddess named Aqua and asks if she would like to go to another world and bring one thing with her.
Kazuma decides to bring the goddess himself, and they are transported to an adventurous fantasy world ruled by a demon king. Now Kazuma just wants to live in peace but Aqua wants to solve most of this world’s problems and the demon king will ignore it for so long…”
Konosuba Season 3 Cast and Staff
With Studio DEEN animating the first two seasons and J.C. Staff animating the movie, Takaomi Kanasaki, a former anime director, will act as the show’s head director for its third season.
The series is under the direction of Yujiro Abe, who also directed episodes of Kaguya-sama: Love is War and Great Pretender. Koichi Kikuta is back as the character designer, while Makoto Uezu is once again in charge of the series composition.
For the third season, the cast will once again include Ai Kayano as Darkness, Rie Takahashi as Megumin, Sora Amamiya as Aqua, and Jun Fukushima as Kazuma.
The Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World! television anime series will be produced by the same team for the third season as well. Aki Toyosaki and Rie Takahashi will play Megumin and Yunuyun, respectively, in the spinoff.
Konosuba Season 3 Manga
Yen Press is presently publishing both the manga and the light novel series in English. Additionally, they are in charge of the English translation of the KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World! light novel and manga series.
