Mayu Murata’s Honey Lemon Soda Manga Gets Anime Adaptation

A big dose of good news for shoujo lovers and the most popular romantic manga, Honey Lemon Soda, gets an anime adaptation. The manga author Mayu Murata is also in awe and is unable to believe that the manga will soon debut as an anime. 

The announcement just came, and fans can’t keep calm already. No release date confirmations are there except for the animation production studio and staff details. As the news has just come, it will take some time for the anime to smash onto screens!

Studio J.C. Staff is selected to handle the animation production of the upcoming Shoujo anime. Hiroshi Nishikori is on board as the director of the anime series. Aiko Waba has joined the team as the series composer, whereas music composition will be done by Akira Kosemura. 

With this heart-pounding announcement, the creators have shared a breathtakingly beautiful key visual. The character designs look exceptionally gorgeous, thanks to Aimi Tanaka for his work as a character designer. 

According to the higher-ups, the preparations are in full swing. Everyone is super excited about doing their parts well to get the best results.

Plot

Uka Ishimori is the female lead and a high school student whose middle school experience was the worst. Her heart broke to the point where it seemed like there would be no return. Smiling, laughing, and enjoying the littlest things was a task for her. However, her encounter with the handsome, lemon-haired, Kai made her believe that life can be beautiful.
