Ninja Kamui Episode 4: Recap
As Higan was contemplating how to infiltrate Auza City, he suddenly received a call from a mysterious benefactor. The person claimed that they were allies from the past, which is why he is ready to assist him in sneaking into the city.
After that, Higan met Mike and Emma at the hospital, who were still recovering from light injuries from their recent car accident. He also informed them about the mysterious benefactor and how he would assist him in infiltrating the city.
On the other hand, Yamaji, Joseph, and other high-ranking members of the clan met up inside Auza City. They all discussing the suspicion of Higan’s upcoming infiltration. In a flashback, Higan, Mari, and Zai demonstrated their relationship in the old ninja days, when they were members of the formidable ninja clan.
The hospital discharged Mike and Emma back in the present time, and they went out for dinner. After that, Emma started working on her new case while Mike went his separate ways. At the same time, Higan began his infiltration through underground tunnel networks with hacking assistance from the mysterious person.
At the end of the episode, he was on the verge of entering the city’s electric field when his former ally, Zai, unfortunately confronted him.
Ninja Kamui Episode 4: Review
The entire episode was quite intriguing and suspenseful. It continued the thrilling adventure of Higan and revealed more about Auza City and the ninja clan. Viewers also highly appreciate it because it depicts the backstories of characters and their connections to each other.
While showing the pasts of Higan and Mike, it adds depth to their characters and demonstrates the great partnership they formed together. There are a bunch of revelations in the episode, and the biggest revelation is Higan’s connection with Zai and Mari.
On the other hand, Mike’s backstory is very emotional and perfectly illustrates the emotional toll of losing a family. “Ninja Kamui Episode 4” also features a cool ninja fight between Higan and the security forces, which is quite impressive.
Furthermore, the episode ended on a cliffhanger with Higan’s sudden confrontation with Zai. It raising many questions in the fans’ minds and leaving them anticipating the next episode.
