The anime remake is being animated by Studio LIDEN FILMS, with Hideo Yamamoto serving as the director. At the forthcoming AnimeJapan 2023 convention, the anime will be discussed.
The main characters of the anime adaptation of Nobuhiro Watsuki’s well-known manga will be Kenshin Himura, Kaoru Kamiya, Sanosuke Sagara, and Yahiko Myojin. Returning to the main manga series, Rurouni Kenshin follows Kenshin Himura.
The show is based on a Nobuhiro Watsuki manga that appeared in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1994 to 1999. A former assassin during the Meiji Restoration, he searches for a life free from violence while encountering both formidable allies and adversaries.

An updated image has been released for the Rurouni Kenshin anime revival, which was first announced back in September. The new visual provides a glimpse at the four series’ central protagonists and provides an estimated premiere date. The Rurouni Kenshin anime will debut on Fuji TV’s Noitamina programming block in July.
Cast and Staff
Taku Yashiro and Makoto Koichi will do the voices of Myojin Yahiko and Sagara Sanosuke, respectively. During JumpFesta ’23, a brand-new trailer was unveiled that features both characters. Sanosuke was voiced by Yuji Ueda in the original version, while Yahiko was performed by Miina Tominaga.

While Hideyuki Karuta is in charge of the series composition, Terumi Niishi is responsible for the character designs. The soundtrack is composed by Yu Takami. In September, the anime’s debut trailer was released.
