The second trailer for the upcoming movie Psycho-Pass Providence was made available on March 22, 2023, a Wednesday. The 30-second-long trailer for the anime series was shared on Twitter by the official account @psychopass tv. It focuses mostly on the characters and antagonists of the movie.
Prior to its Japanese premiere on May 12th, the forthcoming film Psycho-Pass: Providence debuted a new key image along with its teaser. The most recent entry in the well-known franchise is animated by Production I.G.

Psycho-Pass Providence Movie Teaser and Key Visual
The Psycho-Pass Providence movie acts as a precursor to the third and most recent television anime season of the series.
The most recent teaser revealed that the movie would be released in Japan on Friday, May 12, 2023. There is no information on if or when the film will have worldwide distribution as of this writing.
As previously briefed, the most recent Psycho-Pass Providence peek verified the next film’s May 12, 2023, release date. Akane Tsunemori and Shinya Kogami, the film’s protagonists, are shown in the most recent teaser, along with a number of other recurring and brand-new characters.

As for the Staff, Toho is handling the distribution, while Naoyoshi Shiotani is back at Production I.G. to direct. Besides Tow Ubukata, who joined the franchise with Psycho-Pass 2, series creator Makoto Fukami is back in the scriptwriting role.
Ubukata is well recognized for the soundtrack of the movie. As chief animation director and character designer, Naoyuki Onda makes a comeback.
Additional returning employees include color key artist Makiko Suzuki, art director Shichi Kusamori, GEMBA for the 3D CGI, compositing director of photography Eiji Arai, editor Yoshinori Murakami, film composer Ygo Kanno, and sound director Yoshikazu Iwanami. The movie is based on Gen Urobuchi’s original Psycho-Pass anime.

The first season of the Psycho-Pass anime debuted in 2012 and has 22 episodes. Afterward, in October 2014, the 11-episode Psycho-Pass 2 television anime series debuted, and the Psycho-Pass film debuted in Japan in January 2015.
All three animes were released on home video by Funimation. The three-film Psycho-Pass SS or Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System project is also a part of the franchise. It debuted in Japan in January 2019 as Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.1 Tsumi to Batsu (Crime and Punishment).
In February 2019, Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.2 First Guardian, the sequel, debuted in Japan. In the Realm Beyond Is, the third movie, Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.3 Onsh no Kanata ni, premiered in Japan in March 2019.
On October 24, 2019, the anime Psycho-Pass 3 made its debut. Its eight episodes each lasted an hour. Only Amazon Prime Video was used to broadcast the anime inside and outside Japan. Akira Amano, the original character designer from the manga, and manga author Naoyoshi Shiotani returned to helm the series at Production I.G.
