Blue Lock Part 2 Release Date Is Announced

Although Part 1 has only recently ended, fans are already eagerly awaiting Blue Lock Part 2.

Prior to Blue Lock’s premiere in October, Japanese outlet Comic Natalie announced that the anime will air in two consecutive courses with a total of 24 episodes in Season 1. This means that Blue Lock Season 1 will air in two consecutive three-month slates, starting in October 2022, until March 2023.

official Blu-Ray DVD listings for Blue Lock Season 1 reconfirmed this. Four volumes with six anime episodes each are scheduled to be released in Japan in 2023.

The anime’s official website or social media pages have yet to announce a specific release date for Blue Lock Part 2. However, multiple planning houses are reporting a consensus opinion that Blue Lock Part 2 will premiere its 13th episode on Saturday, January 7th.

When it comes to the staff and cast for Blue Lock Part 2, there are no changes. The main cast includes:

In January 2021, Kodansha USA announced that it had licensed the manga for an English digital release in North America.
