The previously announced anime adaptation of I’m Giving the Disgraced Noble Lady I Rescued a Crash Course in Naughtiness light novel series revealed a teaser visual and trailer.

Tomokazu Sugita will play Allen Crawford in the anime, and Saori Hayami will play Charlotte Evans. The anime is being produced by Zero-G and Digital Network Animation under the direction of Takashi Asami (episode director for Black Clover, Beautiful Boy Detective Club).
Accordingly, the series scripts are being overseen by Hiroki Uchida (Requiem of the Rose King, Whisper Me a Love Song), Miori Suzuki (key animator for Lupin III: The Lady Called Fujiko Mine, Nisemonogatari), and Masato Kda (KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this glorious world!!, Domestic Girlfriend).

Ichiho Katsura’s manga version of the book is being published in English by Kodansha USA Publishing, and it gives the following overview of the plot:
“What does a young noblewoman freshly betrayed by her betrothed need most? A crash course in everything naughty! And who better to teach her than the feared hermit sorcerer who for some reason can’t help but pamper her to no end?
A powerful sorcerer known as the “Devil King” by everyone in town, Allen wants nothing more than to live alone in the middle of the forest. That is until the day he finds a young woman asleep there and protects her from a group of knights.
He quickly discovers that Charlotte, the young woman he falsely accused of committing heinous crimes and forced to escape for her protection, was engaged to the prince of the neighboring realm.
Allen bets his life on a vow to make Charlotte the happiest lady in the world by giving her a crash education in all things wicked. Moved by her predicament and the wretched life this disgraced noble had had, Allen makes the pledge.”

On August 2019, Fukada published the first chapter of the work on the website Shsetsuka ni Nar (Let’s Become Novelists! ), where it is still serialized.
The first print book volume of the narrative, which included drawings by Sakura Miwabe, was released by Shufu to Seikatsu Sha in March 2020. In 2020, Ichiho Katsura debuted a manga adaption of Seikatsu Sha’s Pash Up! manga on the Shufu website.
