Have you seen the latest scoop on the “Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World?” anime? The official website just dropped a teaser visual along with some exciting news about the main cast and crew.
So, get this: Tatsuma Minamikawa is taking the director’s chair over at Project No.9, with Satoru Sugisawa handling the series composition. And let’s not forget about Hiromi Katou, who’s bringing those characters to life with their killer designs. Also, the cast includes Shouya Chiba as Kai, Kana Ichinose as Rinne, and Haruka Shiraishi as Jeanne.

Sazane’s “God’s Game We Play” light novel series is getting the anime treatment this year! Set to premiere in April, it’s bound to be a thrill ride.
And that’s not all! Fans of “Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World” rejoice, because the second season of the TV anime adaptation is finally dropping this year after a bit of a delay. First season? Yeah, that hit screens back in October 2020, and now we’re gearing up for another round.
To top it all off, Kadokawa and Happinet are teaming up for a special collab campaign to mark the occasion. Expect some sweet prize giveaways on social media as they celebrate three of Sazane’s works making it to the anime world this year!
Manga
Kadokawa kicked off the novel series back in July 2017, dropping the first volume like a bombshell. They kept the momentum going until August 2020, wrapping it up with a bang with the ninth and final volume.
Then, in February 2018, Arikan jumped on board with a manga adaptation in Kadokawa’s Monthly Comic Alive magazine. Fast forward, and now BookWalker Global is bringing the English version to fans under the title “Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World?” and the story described is:
“War between the five races on earth – the humans, the “Demonic Race”, the “Wild God Race”, the “Spirit Race” and the “Phantom Beast Race”- has ended in the victory of humans.
It is said that “Prophet Sid” had sealed the other four races in the black pyramid now called “Crypts”.
Kai’s job is to watch the crypts and make sure that there is no change. He is also training to save humans when the other races break the seal and come back to this world.
The crypts looked quiet today…but after Kai felt the world bending in front of his eye…everything changed.
“World Rebirth” was activated…!!
Now Kai is in a totally different world where no one knows him. But he remembers everyone!“
